Research software boundaries

FXPM Labs provides research/dashboard workflow access. It does not provide managed trading, copy trading, personalised investment advice, broker account control, customer fund handling, or guaranteed outcomes.

Access

Access is controlled by plan entitlement. Cancelled, expired, disputed, or refunded payments may reduce or suspend access.

Customer responsibility

Users are responsible for their own trading decisions and should test thoroughly in paper/demo mode before live use.

Support

Support is tiered. Hands-on implementation is Enterprise/Concierge only and requires written scope.

Review

These are starter operational terms. Bongo should obtain legal review before scaling revenue or enterprise contracts.
