FXPM Labs collects only the information needed to provide account access, payment status, support, and entitlement-gated dashboard access.

Data collected

Email address, account/session metadata, plan entitlement, payment status from PayPal, intake/support details you choose to send.

Data not requested

Broker passwords, MT5 passwords, PayPal credentials, private keys, bank details, or sensitive financial account access.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. FXPM Labs stores operational payment references and status, not card data.
